• They have NO CONNECTION whatsoever with any form of investment, return, profit, interest, or bonus scheme
• The company reserves the absolute legal right to modify, extend, or cancel any offer, its price, conditions, or eligibility at any time, without prior notice
• Customers must NOT treat these offers as any kind of investment, return-based scheme, or financial guarantee
• The company shall not be responsible for any financial claims, misunderstandings, or assumptions of profit or return arising out of promotional offers

• Every Gold Coin ordered from the company shall be of 24 Carat purity (995 or 999)
• All products are BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certified
• The company follows all necessary verification, testing, and certification procedures to ensure authenticity and purity
• Weight is measured in grams as specified in product listings

When you place an order through our platform:

• You confirm that you have read and understood all terms and conditions
• You are placing the order of your own free will, without any external pressure or inducement
• The transaction is purely for the purchase of a Gold Coin and has no connection with any investment or profit-sharing scheme
• You shall not be entitled to receive any interest, profit, bonus, or financial return from this transaction
• This is a goods sale transaction under commercial trade, valid under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Due to the high volume of orders, each order is processed sequentially (Queue System).

• Delivery may take a few weeks, a few months, or longer, depending on supply chain and operational circumstances
• The company shall not be held liable for any delay caused due to manufacturing, refining, packaging, logistics, transportation, natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or any other unforeseen reasons
• Customers are requested to remain patient and cooperate with the company's standard delivery process
• The company is NOT legally bound to provide a fixed or guaranteed delivery date

If any person, agent, promoter, or employee makes statements such as:

• "You will get the Gold Coin immediately"
• "You will receive extra profit or benefit"
• "Your money will double or increase"
• Or provides any other verbal assurance

Such statements shall be deemed INVALID and LEGALLY VOID.

The company shall be responsible only for information officially issued in writing via company receipts, documents, or its official website. Any verbal promises, personal guarantees, or social media messages shall not be considered valid or binding on the company.

This order and payment process constitutes a valid commercial agreement between the customer and Indalkar Gold Empire, governed by:

• Indian Contract Act, 1872
• Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• BIS Certification Guidelines

Jurisdiction: In the event of any dispute, complaint, or legal proceeding, exclusive jurisdiction shall rest with the Courts of Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

All legal communications, notices, and documentation may be issued in English or Marathi, as both shall hold equal legal validity.
