Why We Have a No-Return Policy

As a dealer in precious metals, specifically 24 Carat gold coins (995/999 purity), we operate under strict policies for the following reasons:

  • Gold Price Volatility: Gold prices fluctuate constantly based on international markets. Once purchased, the price may change significantly.
  • Authenticity Concerns: Once a gold product leaves our secure custody, we cannot guarantee its authenticity upon return. This protects both us and our other customers.
  • Quality Assurance: Each coin undergoes rigorous testing before delivery. We cannot accept returns as we cannot re-certify previously delivered products.
  • Immediate Procurement: Gold is procured immediately upon order placement, committing our resources.
  • Industry Standard: This is a standard practice in the precious metals industry to prevent fraud and protect customers.

What This Means for You

Once you place an order:

  • You cannot return the gold coin for any reason
  • You cannot exchange it for a different product
  • You cannot request a refund even if unopened
  • The transaction is legally binding and final

No Returns Will Be Accepted Even If:

  • ✗ You change your mind after purchase
  • ✗ You no longer need the product
  • ✗ Gold prices decrease after your purchase
  • ✗ You found a better price elsewhere
  • ✗ The product was meant as a gift that was refused
  • ✗ You face financial difficulties
  • ✗ The packaging was opened/inspected
  • ✗ Any personal or external circumstances

Extremely Limited Exceptions

The company may, at its SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, consider a replacement (NOT refund) ONLY in the following extremely rare cases:

  • Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a completely different product than what you ordered (not minor variations)
  • Purity Defect: If the gold coin fails BIS purity standards (995/999) when verified by a certified laboratory at your expense
  • Significant Transit Damage: If the product is substantially damaged during shipping (must be reported within 24 hours with photo evidence and courier's damage report)

If approved, replacement products will be delivered within 3 working days.

Note: Even in these cases, the decision rests solely with the company and is NOT guaranteed.

Process for Exception Requests

If you believe your case qualifies for an exception:

  1. Report Immediately: Within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Do NOT open or tamper: Keep the product in its original sealed packaging
  3. Document Everything:
    • Clear photographs of the package and product
    • Video while opening (if applicable)
    • Courier's delivery receipt
    • Order confirmation details
  4. Email Official Channels Only: Send to support@indalkargoldempire.online
  5. Wait for Investigation: May take up to 30 working days
  6. Return Shipping: If approved, return shipping is at your cost in insured, secure packaging

We Do NOT Accept Returns For:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect size expectations (weights are clearly stated)
  • Color or appearance differences due to photography
  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products reported after 24 hours of delivery
  • Products where seals have been tampered
  • Minor scratches or marks from packaging
  • Products verified by non-BIS certified labs

Inspection Upon Delivery

We strongly recommend:

  • Inspect the package for tampering BEFORE accepting delivery
  • Take photographs/video while receiving
  • Check for any visible damage to the outer packaging
  • Note any concerns on the courier's delivery receipt
  • Open the package carefully and document the unboxing
  • Verify the product matches your order
  • Check the BIS certification marks

If you notice any issues, report immediately within 24 hours.

Customer Responsibility

Before placing an order, customers are responsible for:

  • Reading and understanding this return policy completely
  • Verifying product details, weight, and specifications

Warning Against Fraudulent Claims

Making false claims about product quality, damage, or attempting to return authentic products with substitutes is:

  • Subject to legal action and prosecution
  • Grounds for permanent blacklisting
  • Reported to appropriate authorities

All products are photographed, weighed, and documented before dispatch. Any discrepancies will be investigated.
