Indalkar Gold Empire deals in precious metals, specifically gold coins of 24 Carat purity (995 or 999). Due to the nature of our business:

Gold Price Volatility: Gold prices fluctuate based on international markets
Immediate Procurement: Gold is procured immediately upon order confirmation
Customization: Each order involves specific refining and minting processes
Resource Commitment: Significant resources are allocated once an order is placed
Queue System: Orders enter a sequential processing queue immediately

1. Non-Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed and payment is made, the order shall be considered:

FINAL - No modifications permitted
LEGALLY BINDING - Constitutes a valid commercial contract
IRREVOCABLE - Cannot be withdrawn or cancelled

Note: This policy is equally binding on both the customer and the company. Just as customers cannot cancel orders, the company is also bound to fulfill the order.

2. What Cannot Be Cancelled

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES can the following be cancelled or modified:

Confirmed orders (payment received)
Orders in processing/queue
Orders being manufactured
Orders in quality testing
Orders being packaged
Orders in transit
Delivered orders

3. Non-Refundable Policy

The amount paid is STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE

Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for the request.

No Refunds Will Be Issued Even If:

Delivery Delay: The delivery takes longer than expected

4. Order Modifications

Once the order process begins, NO modifications will be accepted, including:

Changing the product
Changing the quantity
Changing the shipping address
Adding or removing items
Splitting the order
Combining orders

5. Limited Exceptions (Company Discretion Only)

The company may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider a refund or replacement ONLY in the following extremely rare cases:

Wrong Product Delivered: If a completely different product is delivered (not a minor variation)
Quality Defect: If the gold coin fails BIS purity standards (must be verified by certified laboratory)
Significant Damage: If the product is significantly damaged during transit (reported within 24 hours with photographic evidence)

If approved, replacement products will be delivered within 3 working days.

Note: Such cases require official investigation and verification. The decision to provide a refund or replacement rests solely with the company and is not guaranteed.

6. Process for Exception Requests

If you believe your case qualifies for an exception, you must:

Report within 24 hours of delivery
Provide documentation:
- Order number and receipt
- Clear photographs of the issue
- Written description of the problem
- Delivery proof and packaging condition
Submit to official channels only (email to official company email)
Keep the product intact and in original condition
Wait for investigation results (may take up to 30 working days)

7. Customer Acknowledgment
